In a continuation of a previous post I have outlined the numerous reasons of making your own desserts. The availability crusts, and to add to that post is a heavenly no bake cheesecake filling. This light and fluffy filling will leave you floating. Add any topping fresh, jam or jellied, that tickles your fancy.
Ingredients:
- 2 packages cream cheese (16 oz) at room temperature
- 1 tsp pure vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
Method:
Beat the ingredients together in a large bowl until a fully creamed consistency. Fill your crust with the cheesecake filling and chill in the refrigerator for as long as you can stay out of it! Best is over night.
Great to see it doesn’t need gelatine. Looks wonderful.
