Mastering the Art of French Cooking

It’s arrived!

Julia Child will be in my kitchen. Leading me through French cuisine secrets that would still be locked up at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, if not for her breaking the glass ceiling.

No. I will not be going through the book with vows of devoting a year of my life to its contense. While my life crumbs around me. All of which ends with me getting a book deal and ultimately the movie rights.

But I will be channeling Julia’s fearlessness, creativity and happiness.

I hope to learn the tips and tricks that take a simple recipe and makes it a spectacular one. The best thing about Julia is that she makes it simple. Even going so far as to tell you how it should look, feel and smell. The equipment that makes a prepared kitchen. Timing that makes a master chef.
